Located on Bloomington’s west side, you’re just a quick drive or a short walk from downtown and all the action. Kirkwood Avenue, the courthouse square, and IU’s campus are all within minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with easy access to the B-Line Trail and local favorites like Upland Brewing Company right down the street. It’s the perfect mix of being close to everything but away from the noise.
