Guests have full and exclusive access to the duplex, including two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, the living area, dining space, kitchen, and outdoor patio. We have a private parking area that can accommodate 1-2 cars at the back of the property. Additional free street parking is available at the front when required.

There are 2 cameras on the property. They are EXTERIOR CAMERAS only. One on the back and one on front. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed.

Neighborhood is minutes from downtown as well as the main attractions such as; Lucas Oil, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Convention Center, and so much more. The neighborhood itself is still undergoing development. This house has been fully renovated, however other homes nearby have not been. The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming.

Rideshare apps pickup and drop-off frequently and usually within minutes. You have access to a private parking area behind the property that can fit 1-2 cars as well as street parking directly in front of the property
