This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance and backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.

The neighborhood itself is still undergoing development. This house has been fully renovated, however other homes nearby have not been. The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming.
