The neighbor does have a rooster that will occasionally make noise and there is a train in the area that does pass through. There are 2 cameras on the property. They are EXTERIOR CAMERAS only. One on the back and one on front. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in the living room that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.

Neighborhood is minutes from downtown as well as the main attractions such as; Lucas Oil, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Convention Center, and so much more. The neighborhood itself is still undergoing development. This house has been fully renovated, however other homes nearby have not been. The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming.
