Our bathrooms, mirroring the home’s modern design, feature bathtub/shower combinations and are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and a hairdryer for added convenience.

Guests have full access to the condo, with a few exceptions such as locked storage areas and one of the bedrooms which is reserved for owner’s use. Free street parking is available, and you have a dedicated private entrance featuring a smart lock for effortless check-ins at any time. Our home is pet-friendly, meaning your furry friends are warmly welcome to stay.

There is 1 camera on the property. EXTERIOR CAMERA only. Located on front. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in the living room that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.

The neighborhood is just outside of downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil!

You are only minutes from downtown Indy! There is on-site parking and rideshare apps pickup within minutes!
