I enjoyed the space. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the minimalist decor. However, I was deterred by the 10 am checkout and $35/hr charge to extend with the maximum check out time of 12 pm. Because of this, I wanted to mark down the rating to less than 5 stars. The day after my graduation, I would have liked to rest a bit more before flying out. I recently stayed at the Hyatt where standard check out time was 12 pm. I had the option to extend til 1 pm with no charge. I could have easily booked at an Indianapolis hotel instead of this place. Otherwise, this was a pleasant stay.
