Staying at this house was a pleasure. I’m not used to renting AirBnBs managed by a group, but Gabe and Kiki along with their team are very responsive and maintain the place well. Everything was clean. It is of course a beautiful, old house in beautiful, old neighborhood. We really enjoyed walking around. And being there with kids, we enjoyed walking to the playgrounds and the splash park nearby, even if it meant crossing College Avenue where there are no crosswalks. Traffic was sparse enough and drivers kind that walking around felt easy. Definitely note that the house is adjacent to the interstate with no wall built to deflect the sound. The hum of the interstate is constant and easily heard in the house! But that is outside their control. Otherwise, we found the house very comfortable, especially the beds and bedding. The team was very kind and helpful, like clarifying trash pick ups. They also got a gate for the stairs at our request for our little ones safety. Thank you!
