The cleaner scheduling system had been messing up or something so when we got there, the space was not touched from the previous guests. The owner responded pretty quickly and got it cleaned before our guests arrived for the evening, but only because they were late coming in. they wanted us to have them stay in a multi unit next door and then have to move the next morning because that place was not available for the whole stay which i was not going to make them do. I am glad they got it clean and responded quickly but if you knew you were having issues with this system, it seems like you have been on the look out for this issue. it was pretty gross. the did get it cleaned though, so it ended up being ok.
