The home was very comfortable and had all possible amenities we could need in the kitchen, bathroom, etc., which was very appreciated. The check-in/out instructions were easy to follow and communication was quick and friendly. The pet fee (100) and separate security deposit were unexpected but overall didn’t cause any issues – it just would have been nice to know of these ahead of making our reservation. We needed to extend our stay slightly during our time there and they were quick to respond and adjust our dates which was very appreciated! The house and neighborhood itself were quiet, seemed safe, and were located close to everything we needed – a couple of restaurants/cafes are even within walking distance. The fenced-in privacy backyard was perfect for our little dog to run around off leash and access/parking through the alley was actually better than parking on the street as it avoided some traffic and felt private. We will add the home to our list if we need to stay in the area again!
