You’ll get a digital guidebook before your stay with house details, check-in info, and our favorite local spots. ***Due to having a hot tub, we DO REQUIRE you to sign a rental agreement in your guest portal, before check in.*** The home has a smart lock for easy arrival, a Keurig with coffee provided, a grill for outdoor meals, and a washer and dryer in the basement. Traveling with little ones? We’ve also got family-friendly extras like a high chair and pack and play. Since the home has living space across multiple levels, be ready for stairs during your stay.

You’ll be staying in one of Indy’s historic near-downtown pockets, where classic homes, tree-lined streets, and quick access to the city all come together. It feels more residential than the middle of downtown, but you’re still minutes from Mass Ave, Bottleworks, Monument Circle, restaurants, coffee spots, sports, and family attractions.

We’re always just a message away. You’ll have everything you need for a self-guided stay, but if anything comes up, we respond quickly and will get it handled.

Parking is easy here. You’ll have access to a private two-car garage around back off the alley, plus room for two more cars in the driveway. Street parking is also available on one side of the street. Rideshares are easy to grab, and most downtown spots are a quick drive. You can get to Mass Ave in about 6 minutes, Bottleworks in about 7, Monument Circle in about 8, and the zoo in about 11.
